Attoban scape is about the popular economy in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. I analyse it with my architect eyes and urban planner. I chose to have a subject, me, against stark backgrounds that represent Abidjan’s cityscape. It was shot in my neighborhood, Attoban, a place with urban planning and overpopulation challenges. It aims to reflect on spatial functionalities in Abidjan, informal sector, building sector and sustainability.
